Tool at Red Rocks was Awesome
I went and saw Tool last night at Red Rocks. It was just incredible. It was my first time at Red Rocks and it was just as amazing as everybody made it sound. I would highly recommend this place to anybody for any show and I will definitely be returning. Not sure why I wasn't there sooner.
We started out tailgating in the Upper North parking lot. What a great atmosphere; everybody in stellar moods, drinking beer, listening to music, playing games. I would have loved for that to last longer, but after 6 Coors, it was time to head in.
This show was a perfect first show too, just a visual spectacle that explored all your senses with the Red Rocks as a backdrop. Not only were the lasers and light show incredible, there was a neon green full moon floating over the horizon that just added to the whole atmosphere.
All in all, worth the ticket price and a great way to spend a Monday night.
